Dr.Wencha Zhang has acquired a B.Eng. and M.Eng. from Jilin University in 2001 and 2014 respectively and a Ph.D from Institute of Electronics, CAS in 2008. He firstly worked as an ASIC engineer and is responsible for image and video processing algorithm. From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a post-doc and research scientist in University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Since 2012, he has worked in Noble Research Institute (Noble Foundation) as a bioinformatics research analyst and computational biologist.
